After hours or on the weekends, we typically reply within 24-48 hours, but most times much sooner.

When available you'll see a chatbot icon at the bottom corner of your screen where you can chat live with a member of our team. If we are away, we will still get your message and can respond via email.

Need to initiate a return? No problem.

We promise to accept any product back that is unopened and in its original packaging and condition when the return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

How can I get in touch with Mandel Skincare?

We want to make it easy for you to get in touch with us. The quickest ways to contact us are via email at wecare@mandeldskincare.com, or via live chat at the bottom corner of the screen. Live chat will only be visible on the page when it is available. We typically respond in less than 1 hour, and often sooner. During non-business hours, you can expect a reply from us within 24-48 hours. Having an issue with a product or shipment? Don't fret! We look forward to helping you and are likely already working on a solution as you wait for our response.

Where are you located?

We are based in our home, New York City! While we do not have a physical location that is open to the public, you can always get in touch with us via our contact channels like live chat and email.

Shipping, Delivery, & Returns

What is your Return Policy?

We understand that sometimes you need to make a return. We promise to accept any product back that is unopened and in its original packaging and condition when the return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Due to health and safety standards, we typically cannot accept returns on opened, used, or damaged items (unless there is a product defect or damage that was caused by uncontrollable means). If you are having an issue, we always welcome you to get in touch with us as there are many ways that we can help. We listen to each customer's concerns and promise to do everything in our power to help.

What shipping options are available to me?

Currently we ship our packages via USPS. Standard shipping is a flat-rate of $8. Upgraded shipping options are available including 1-3 day Priority Mail and Guaranteed 1-day guaranteed Overnight. These upgraded options have variable costs based on your order, and will be calculated at checkout.

Where's my order?

Our goal is to ship orders within 24-48 business hours of them being placed. Often times, orders are shipped same day, within 6-12 hours. Please review the typical shipping timelines below. If you expected to receive your order, and it has not yet arrived, first check the tracking information available via the shipping confirmation email or via your account. If you are still having issues receiving your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us any time for assistance.

Can I change the details of my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, we start working on making sure your order get processed and shipped in as little time as possible. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can do out best to accommodate those changes. If your order has already been processed or shipped, don't worry - our 30-day return policy is there to protect you so that you can make exchanges or returns if needed.

Can I change the delivery address of my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, we start working on making sure your order get processed and shipped in as little time as possible. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can do out best to accommodate delivery address changes. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we typically cannot make changes. If the address provided was incorrect, please let us know so we can expect a returned package. This typically takes 2-4 weeks.

Do you allow exchanges?

We are happy to accept exchanges on unopened products within 30 days of the date of delivery as long as they are in their original packaging and condition. Exchanges must be initiated via email to wecare@mandelskincare.com. Exchanges will be for another Mandel Skincare product of equal value. If value of new product is less than the original, a partial refund will be issued, less any return and additional shipping. If value of new product is greater than the original, the customer is responsible for paying the difference in price, plus any return and additional shipping.

Can I return a gift?

Gifts may be returned for a Mandel Skincare gift card or store credit. Gifts, or orders without receipts can not be returned for a refund.

Online Shopping

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We love giving and receiving skincare as a gift, so we make gift cards available to you on our online store, where our products are listed. Don't see a gift card amount that suits you? Just shoot us an email at wecare@mandelskincare.com so we can help customize your gift card order.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. Once and order has been processed or shipped, you will need to initiate a return in order to receive a refund. Returns must comply with out return policy.

What if an item is out of stock, can it still be ordered?

Absolutely! We do our best to keep all items in stock at all times, but sometimes our items do go out of stock. If a product has a reasonable backorder timeframe, say 1-3 weeks, we will allow you to order it on our store. We will do our best to update you on the estimated shipping time on the product page as well as via email.

What if an item goes out of stock after I place my order?

Rarely, an item will go out of stock after you placed an order. We do everything in our power to avoid this, but hey, after-all, we are human too. If this happens, we will get in touch with you immediately to let you know of the anticipated delay. We will always give you the option to keep your order, cancel your order or individually delayed item for a refund, or choose an alternative product.

How do I use multiple promo codes in one order?

Only one promo code can be applied per order.

What payment options are available to me?

We make payments via all major credit cards available as well as PayPal. You can even pay with Apple Pay on supported devices!

Where else can I buy Mandel Skincare products?

In order to ensure quality, we currently only sell Mandel Skincare products online . We hope to add other options in the near future such as Amazon or other major online and in person retailers.

Can I get some free samples?

We love free samples. When placing an order, we do our best to throw in some free samples for you. This depends on our supply of samples that are in stock. If you are looking for a specific product sample, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Products

When do products expire?

Since most of our products are cosmetics, they do not have an expiration date. If you feel a product is expired or does not meet the standards you expect, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help.

Are your products organic, vegan, and gluten-free?

Some of our products may fall under the category of vegan or gluten-free, but we do not put a specific guideline to meet any of these requirements. Our main goal is that products are safe, effective, and potent. We want our skincare to work for you! We always suggest reading our full ingredient list or reaching out with any questions if these benchmarks are important to you.

Can Mandel Skincare products be used by patients of all ages?

Mandel Skincare products are meant to be safe for as many people as possible. With that being said, use your judgement or consult a doctor if you are unsure if a product is safe for a specific skin type or age.

What if a product lists a specific skin type that doesn't apply to me? Can I still use the product?

We sometimes list products as "For Sensitive Skin" or "For Oily Skin" among others. This is to help you compare products and understand what might be the best option for your skin. With that being said, our products are safe for everyone to use, and you might find that even though you have normal skin, you might prefer a cleanser meant for those with sensitive skin. We invite you to try any of our products or reach out to us if you need help selecting the best skincare for the unique you.

Why do some of your products have synthetic ingredients or chemicals?

Our goal is to provide safe, effective, and potent formulas that work. We find that in order to do this, a balance of natural and synthetic ingredients is crucial. We do our best to offer skincare that uses minimal ingredients and only a small percentage of synthetic ingredients that are safe for humans.

Is it safe to use Mandel Skincare products while pregnant or nursing?

It is always best to consult a physician to determine if skincare is safe to use while you are pregnant or nursing.

Will any products cause my skin to tingle or get irritated?

Maybe! But that's ok! Products like Vitamin Serums, Retinols, or even cleansers with Acids in them may make your skin tingle, especially upon first use. This is a good thing - it means that they're working. As you use these products, tingling or irritation will become less common as your skin adapts to them. If you believe you are having a more serious reaction, always stop usage and consult a physician.

Do any products have the risk of cause me to break out?

We strive to only offer products that are non-comedogenic. While it is unlikely that our products specifically will cause breakouts, you may experience breakouts from any number of environmental or other factors or a combination of triggers. Also, keep in mind that when starting a new regimen - especially ones with effective formulas - you may experience an initial worsening of things like acne as the products work to bring any problems to the surface, before eventually improving or resolving. Remember, consistency is key.
