Shipping, Delivery, & Returns
We understand that sometimes you need to make a return. We promise to accept any product back that is unopened and in its original packaging and condition when the return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Due to health and safety standards, we typically cannot accept returns on opened, used, or damaged items (unless there is a product defect or damage that was caused by uncontrollable means). If you are having an issue, we always welcome you to get in touch with us as there are many ways that we can help. We listen to each customer's concerns and promise to do everything in our power to help.
Currently we ship our packages via USPS. Standard shipping is a flat-rate of $8. Upgraded shipping options are available including 1-3 day Priority Mail and Guaranteed 1-day guaranteed Overnight. These upgraded options have variable costs based on your order, and will be calculated at checkout.
Our goal is to ship orders within 24-48 business hours of them being placed. Often times, orders are shipped same day, within 6-12 hours. Please review the typical shipping timelines below. If you expected to receive your order, and it has not yet arrived, first check the tracking information available via the shipping confirmation email or via your account. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can do out best to accommodate those changes. If your order has already been processed or shipped, don't worry - our 30-day return policy is there to protect you so that you can make exchanges or returns if needed.

We are happy to accept exchanges on unopened products within 30 days of the date of delivery as long as they are in their original packaging and condition. Exchanges must be initiated via email to email@example.com. Exchanges will be for another Mandel Skincare product of equal value. If value of new product is less than the original, a partial refund will be issued, less any return and additional shipping. If value of new product is greater than the original, the customer is responsible for paying the difference in price, plus any return and additional shipping.
Gifts may be returned for a Mandel Skincare gift card or store credit. Gifts, or orders without receipts can not be returned for a refund.
Yes! We love giving and receiving skincare as a gift, so we make gift cards available to you on our online store, where our products are listed. Don't see a gift card amount that suits you? Just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help customize your gift card order.
If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. Once and order has been processed or shipped, you will need to initiate a return in order to receive a refund. Returns must comply with out return policy.
Absolutely! We do our best to keep all items in stock at all times, but sometimes our items do go out of stock. If a product has a reasonable backorder timeframe, say 1-3 weeks, we will allow you to order it on our store. We will do our best to update you on the estimated shipping time on the product page as well as via email.
Rarely, an item will go out of stock after you placed an order. We do everything in our power to avoid this, but hey, after-all, we are human too. If this happens, we will get in touch with you immediately to let you know of the anticipated delay. We will always give you the option to keep your order, cancel your order or individually delayed item for a refund, or choose an alternative product.

In order to ensure quality, we currently only sell Mandel Skincare products online . We hope to add other options in the near future such as Amazon or other major online and in person retailers.
We love free samples. When placing an order, we do our best to throw in some free samples for you. This depends on our supply of samples that are in stock. If you are looking for a specific product sample, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Since most of our products are cosmetics, they do not have an expiration date. If you feel a product is expired or does not meet the standards you expect, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help.
Some of our products may fall under the category of vegan or gluten-free, but we do not put a specific guideline to meet any of these requirements. Our main goal is that products are safe, effective, and potent. We want our skincare to work for you! We always suggest reading our full ingredient list or reaching out with any questions if these benchmarks are important to you.
Mandel Skincare products are meant to be safe for as many people as possible. With that being said, use your judgement or consult a doctor if you are unsure if a product is safe for a specific skin type or age.
We sometimes list products as "For Sensitive Skin" or "For Oily Skin" among others. This is to help you compare products and understand what might be the best option for your skin. With that being said, our products are safe for everyone to use, and you might find that even though you have normal skin, you might prefer a cleanser meant for those with sensitive skin. We invite you to try any of our products or reach out to us if you need help selecting the best skincare for the unique you.
Our goal is to provide safe, effective, and potent formulas that work. We find that in order to do this, a balance of natural and synthetic ingredients is crucial. We do our best to offer skincare that uses minimal ingredients and only a small percentage of synthetic ingredients that are safe for humans.
It is always best to consult a physician to determine if skincare is safe to use while you are pregnant or nursing.
Maybe! But that's ok! Products like Vitamin Serums, Retinols, or even cleansers with Acids in them may make your skin tingle, especially upon first use. This is a good thing - it means that they're working. As you use these products, tingling or irritation will become less common as your skin adapts to them. If you believe you are having a more serious reaction, always stop usage and consult a physician.
We strive to only offer products that are non-comedogenic. While it is unlikely that our products specifically will cause breakouts, you may experience breakouts from any number of environmental or other factors or a combination of triggers. Also, keep in mind that when starting a new regimen - especially ones with effective formulas - you may experience an initial worsening of things like acne as the products work to bring any problems to the surface, before eventually improving or resolving. Remember, consistency is key.
