Currently, Mandel Skincare ships nationwide to the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. We plan to expand to offer global shipping in the near future.
Orders placed before 12PM eastern time Monday through Friday will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12PM eastern time Monday through Friday will ship on the second following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Orders will be shipped using the service selected at checkout. All orders are eligible for $8 flat-rate standard shipping. Upgraded shipping options will be presented at checkout when available, and will list applicable prices.

Mandel Skincare, is happy to accept returns on any unopened products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving the product. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, and will not be reimbursed for initial shipping charges.
Due to health and safety standards, we typically cannot accept returns on opened, used, or damaged items (unless there is a product defect or damage that was caused by the manufacturer). If you are having an issue, we always welcome you to still get in touch with us because there are many ways that we can help. We listen to each customer's concerns and promise to do everything in our power to help. If you received a product that is damaged, expired, or in an otherwise unacceptable condition, please Contact Us with your order number and include details about the product and its condition so we can replace the product as soon as possible.
If your product replacement requires additional shipping to either return a defective product to us, or to ship you a replacement, we guarantee that we will cover the cost in either direction for standard shipping when return or replacement is due to manufacturer defect or other issue such as expired or damaged product.
